Plantain for Bee Stings

Plantain for bee stings. Works like a charm!  I always point this one out to as many people as I can because it grows EVERYWHERE and is amazingly effective for stings. Clean the leaf, chew it up and apply it to your sting. I got stung on my foot last year working in my yard. I had shooting pain in my entire leg. I limped over to the plantain, chewed it up, applied it and within 2-3 minutes the pain was gone. Plantain literally pulls the sting out. We eat it in our wild salads too. Give it a try! Plantain is one of my favorite plant allies.
